It happened at the hotel on Lamar at Avenida de Las Americas. Guests were exiting the building when firefighters arrived. Once crews got inside, they found an electrical panel had shorted out and caught fire. Smoke filled the entire floor.
No one was hurt and the damage is said to be minor.
