Davis McLeskey is now charged with three counts of assault on a public servant. You may recall the surveillance video we showed you of McLeskey and Trent Archie overpowering guards at the Walker County Jail back in June.
Archie got away, but was eventually recaptured.
McLeskey was initially in jail on a burglary charge. He now could get up to 10 years in prison for each new charge.
