"Breaking Dawn" is the finale of the "Twilight" movie series.
Daiana Santia says she is not a hacker but an ordinary Web user who came across the scenes while surfing the Internet.
She says she didn't distribute or save any of the scenes. Santia made the comments at a news conference Thursday.
On Monday, Summit Entertainment filed suit in Los Angeles against Daiana and Hector Santia alleging they hacked into secure computers, stole images from the movie and posted them on social networking sites.
