Grand Parkway toll road step closer to completion

HOUSTON

The Texas Transportation Commission awarded three of four contracts to build a 15 mile section of toll road lanes along the Grand Parkway from the Katy Freeway to Highway 290.

Construction on the toll road project could begin late next month, and will take a little over two years.
