Texans cheerleaders share beauty secrets

HOUSTON

So how do they look so great on and off the field? We found out they have some secret beauty weapons, and they are sharing them with us.

We asked the Texans cheerleaders, what is the one budget beauty product that they can't live without? From Chapstick to fake nails, they know what works and you can find all these products at your area discount store.

When it comes to looking great at the game, on the go or even at the gym, the Houston Texans cheerleaders always have to be camera ready because their fans notice.

"Yeah everytime we're like signing outside they're like, 'Oh my Gosh, how is your makeup stay on?'" cheerleaders Dresdynn and Schulyer said.

The Texans cheerleader beauty routine is not by accident. These ladies have tried everything from lip gloss to moisturizer, and because they have frequent appearances, their products have to be affordable.

Cheerleader Amanda says her favorite budget beauty product is Chapstick.

"Eyeshadow, concealers can cost you anywhere between $6 to $18 depending on where you get it, but what you can do is take a little bit of Chapstick on your finger and smooth it over your eyelid and then dust on your eyeshadow and it lasts all day and looks fresh and holds the pigment really well," Amanda said.

Megan's favorite budget beauty product when she doesn't have time to wash her hair is baby powder for 99 cents.

"If you had a sweaty day at the gym, you just pop it in the top of your head, just shake it up and you don't even have to wash your hair," Megan said.

Another winner, Clean And Clear Dual Action Moisturizer for $5. It's Natalie's favorite.

"I always put this moisturizer on because it's just perfect. Like it goes on smooth. It's really good. I have oily skin, so it's really good for oily skin," Natalie said.

To get that photo finish look, Duyen loves Airbrush Legs by Sally Hanen.

"It's about $10 at any type of drugstore. And I love it because we aren't allowed to wear pantyhose in our photo shoots, so it definitely gives us that flawless look if you have any blemishes or stretch marks definitely covers them," Duyen said.

And to get that perfectly polished, look like you just stepped out of a salon, Christina is a huge fan of "Kiss French Nails" for $4.

"They're glue-on so you can definitely, if you don't have any kind of money or if you don't have time to get your nails done, you can definitely stick these on super quick and they're easy and they look real," Christina said.
