Gallery Furniture fire suspect expected in court

HOUSTON Robert Gillham is charged with arson in the May 2009 fire that destroyed the store's north Houston warehouse. Prosecutors say Gillham set fire to the warehouse because he was upset that he was fired. A pre-trial hearing is set for this afternoon.

Jury selection is expected to begin on Wednesday.
