No crying: Spilled milk causes delays for commuters

HOUSTON

SkyEye 13 HD was over the scene around 7:30am near where I-45 hits the Katy Freeway. You could see the spilled milk, jugs, and milk crates scattered all over the place.

Houston police managed to help traffic get around it and had it cleaned up pretty quickly.
