LA MARQUE, TX
The city heightened its water-use restriction from level one to level two. People with odd-numbered addresses can only water outdoors from 8pm to 10am on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Those at even-numbered addresses are limited to the same hours on Thursdays and Sundays.
