Jones, Jr., called his father who picked up his son, took him to his home and called police.
Paramedics transported Jones, Jr., to Memorial Hermann Hospital's burn unit. He has second degree burns on 15 percent of his body, and is in renal failure, according to doctors, because of the burns. He's currently on life-support.
Investigators say Keira Jones removed her personal items from the home and left. She was arrested Wednesday. Bond has not been set.
