So far, no charges have been filed.
Pedestrian critically injured after being hit by vehicle
HOUSTON
It happened around 2:15am on South Mason Road at Cimarron Parkway in west Harris County.
Harris County sheriff's say the driver of that SUV stopped and waited for deputies to arrive. The driver says she had the green light and was traveling south on Mason. She told investigators the man walked out in front and she tried to stop but wasn't able to in time.
