Suspected child predator back in custody after escaping

HOUSTON Authorities found Charles Alan Donelley hiding next to a house on Remington Bend near Siril. U.S. Marshals say a Park Ranger caught the 47-year-old having sex with a 15-year-old last week. Donelley was arrested but escaped.

The marshals received a tip about his location last night and found him. He took off running and jumped several fences.

"We set up a fairly good perimeter. And a Harris County K-9 officer apprehended him without incident," said an official.

The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Jail in Conroe.

Donelley will be charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
