Campus police say Fox and another man entered the 220-foot-tall tower without permission. Public access is limited.
Police say a nearby resident noticed the two men atop the tower and called authorities. Fox fell while trying to climb down.
Fox's companion, who safely reached the ground, faces a criminal trespass charge.
