More legal troubles for one of the 19 young men accused of gang raping an 11-year-old girl in Cleveland last year. Liberty County authorities have filed a new sexual assault charge against Marcus Porchia who already faces a charge in connection with the alleged repeated gang rape. Police arrested Porchia Thursday for an alleged assault on a then 14-year-old girl. The arrest happened while Porchia was out on bond on another sex charge. He is still awaiting trial for his first case.
