Man passes out in heat waiting to enter Reliant Stadium

HOUSTON Hundreds of people lined up outside the stadium to attend the North Shore High School graduation. But it was so hot, one man passed out. An Eyewitness News viewer sent us a photo of the man just as paramedics arrived.

There's no word on his condition, but families say they were standing outside for more than an hour without any water as the temperature inched past 100 degrees.

"You had to anticipate a large group of people coming and having them wait outside is definitely not the way to accommodate a group of people, a large group of people," said Katrina Esco, who was forced to wait outside.

Shortly after the man passed out, families were allowed inside.
