Restaurant robbery captured on surveillance video

HOUSTON On Friday, April 29 at around 8:20am, investigators say two suspects entered the restaurant int eh 12700 block of Tomball Parkway. The suspects tried to buy food with a credit card that was denied.

It was then that the suspects approached the employee. One of them pulled out a gun and demanded cash from the registers, while the other went to the back of the restaurant and forced a second employee to get down on his knees.

The victims complied and handed them an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspects took off, jumping a fence into the meadow of Northwest Park subdivision and got into a maroon four-door Buick with a male and female inside.

Investigators believe the same suspects committed a second armed robbery at another restaurant in the 1400 block of West F.M. 1960 on Friday, May 6.

One of the suspects is described as an African-American male, between 20-25 years of age, standing between 6-feet and 6-foot-2, weighing 130 to 160 pounds. The suspect was wearing a dark shirt, dark pants, black tennis shoes, black cap with a red bill.

The other suspect is described as an African-American male, between 20 and 25years of age, standing between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-9, weighing between 150 and 180 pounds. The suspect was wearing a gray jacket, dark pants and black tennis shoes.

The other two suspects who investigators say stayed in the car are just described as an African-American male and female.
