Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies spotted a vehicle driving erratically in Harris county on Sugarland Hollow Rd. near Bellaire.
They tried to pull over the vehicle, but the driver refused to stop, officials said.
Deputies chased the car to High Star at Westwick, where it got a flat tire.
The four men inside hopped out and ran, and deputies had to TASER one of the suspects.
Deputies at the scene said they believed the men ran because of outstanding warrants, and possibly alcohol.
