HOUSTON
The Rice University Police Department received a call Friday afternoon from the pastor at First Christian Church on Sunset Boulevard near Entrance 23 to report that one of his staff members was robbed in the parking lot late Thursday night.
The victim said he was leaving through the back door of the church when he was stopped by two men in the parking lot. One of the men was armed with a gun and pointed it at the victim during the robbery.
