Authorities are now questioning a man in his late 20s. He is claiming self-defense. The Harris County Sheriff's Office homicide division is conducting the investigation.
Argument between two men ends in fatal shooting
HOUSTON
It happened at the Peppermill Place apartment complex on Sunbury near Forest Trails around 1:30am. According to investigators, two men were hanging out drinking when some type of argument broke out. Apparently, that's when one of the men pulled out a gun and during the struggle, a 40-year-old man was fatally shot.
