Amarillo man added to most wanted fugitive list

HOUSTON

Timothy Esteban Tinner is wanted by the Potter County Sheriff's Office for assault causing bodily injury relating to an attack on July 24, 2010, when he beat a woman and doused her with bleach. During the attack, Tinner threatened to set the victim on fire.

Tinner, who is 5 foot 4, is a suspected CRIPS gang member and often carries a weapon. Anyone encountering him should exercise extreme caution.

He has been arrested more than 20 times on charges ranging from DWI, possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest, deadly conduct with a weapon, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Tinner, 38, has a tattoo on his upper left arm that says "Tiney" and one that says "Triston" on his back.

Just last week, most wanted fugitive Timothy Rosales was captured in northeast Houston.
