The driver of the vehicle did stop and likely will not face charges.
Elderly woman hit by car while crossing street
HOUSTON
It happened on Gessner near Metronome around 9pm. The woman was walking across the street when she was hit by a car. She was taken to the hospital where she's listed in critical condition.
