Katy teacher up for Regis and Kelly Top Teacher award

KATY, TX Debra Brown works at Memorial Parkway Junior High School and was nominated by a parent of one of her students. The parent said Brown "not only gives each child her undivided attention and works on each childs strengths while at school, she also takes her personal time and goes to her students' outside activities."
