HOUSTON
Timothy Rosales, 40, has been wanted since January, when he allegedly cut off his electronic monitoring device and fled from a Houston halfway house, according to a Harris County Precinct 6 statement. He had been staying at the halfway home since his 2007 release from prison for two aggravated sexual convictions.
Rosales, who had spent 25 years in confinement, was considered armed and dangerous.
He was arrested in the 7900 block of Tampico Street. He currently faces a felony charge of violating civil commitment and a parole violation charge.
