The man who was shot was taken to Ben Taub Hospital in serious condition. Police are not speculating on a motive for the shooting.
Man shot while watching basketball game
HOUSTON
The man was sitting on the hood of a car at Dow Park watching the game when a man walked up to and shot him around 9pm. Another person watching the basketball game ran after the shooter. The shooter eventually disappeared.
