Dad accused of running off with child

HOUSTON

On April 7, 1995, Juan Lozano picked up his daughter for visitation, but failed to return her to her mother two days later, according to a Crime Stoppers statement. Lozano then failed to appear in family court two weeks later. The mother of the child hasn't heard or seen the child since the day she was picked up by her father.

It's believed Lozano may have taken his daughter to Mexico.

On August 16, 1995, Lozano was charged with interference with child custody and is wanted on a $500,000 bond.
