Man accused of selling fake NCAA t-shirts

HOUSTON

Sang Gu Lee is charged with trademark counterfeiting in the 177th State District Court. According to court documents, Lee was arrested on April 2 in possession of the t-shirts and intent to sell them.

The District Attorney's Office says the t-shirts were counterfeit NCAA Final Four t-shirts. Their value is estimated between $1,500 and $20,000, court documents state.

Lee, 40, is being held on $50,000 bond.
