Man struck in buttocks in drive-by shooting

HOUSTON Police say the victim was standing in the front yard at his mom's house when a driver pulled up, rolled down a window and shot him as he was turning to run. The bullet hit the victim in the rear end.

He's in the hospital but expected to be OK. Police are still looking for the gunman.
