Texas beauty queen denies ballooning to size 6

A dethroned Texas beauty queen has told jurors her size-2 figure didn't change before pageant officials revoked her Miss San Antonio title. Domonique Ramirez testified Friday in her lawsuit against the pageant. The 17-year-old is asking a jury to restore her crown so she can compete for Miss Texas, and if she wins there, Miss America.

Ramirez denied having hips that measured 40 inches. That's what pageant president Linda Woods earlier told jurors, testifying that bikini photos of Ramirez were "unusable" because the teen had gained so much weight.

Ramirez says she was never a size 6 and she was completely caught off guard by her ouster. She says she never knew the pageant was mad at her.

Her testimony is scheduled to resume Monday.
