The Harris County District Attorney's Office says Houston firefighter Jane Draycott has accepted charges for shoplifting at a Walmart in Spring last year. Police say she stole a DVD player, two movies and a bag of ice. Prosecutors say Jane Draycott will be on probation for one year. If she completes the terms of her probation, the case will come up for dismissal next year.

Earlier this month, a federal report found Draycott was the victim of sexual harassment and a hostile work environment. She filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in 2009 after someone vandalized her locker and the locker of another female firefighter.
