A bank robbery in Missouri City took an unusual twist when the robber got an innocent victim to do his dirty work for him. On Friday, at about 12:15pm, Missouri City police officers were called to investigate a robbery at the Wells Fargo Bank located at 2440 Texas Parkway. Witnesses told officers the suspect was a pregnant woman wearing a gray dress.

At about the same time, a woman, who is eight months pregnant, called 911 to say that she and her young son were kidnapped from a Fiesta grocery store parking lot, where she was then forced at gunpoint to drive to the Wells Fargo Bank and commit the robbery. The woman was then reportedly told to drive to Quail Valley where she was guided to the intersection of Meadowview and Eastfield, where the suspect got out of the car and ran off in an unknown direction.

The suspect was described as a black male, 6 feet tall with a stocking cap on his head and wearing a white and black checkered shirt.

Anyone with information regarding this abduction and bank robbery is asked to call the Missouri City Police Department at 281-403-8700.
