Fire truck, patrol unit collide in NW Harris Co.
HOUSTON
The fire sparked around 1:30am Sunday at a home on Elton Knoll near Lone Prairie.
The homeowner and his wife were inside at the time but made it out OK.
While responding to the fire, a fire truck crashed into a Precinct 5 deputy's car while crews were battling the flames.
Authorities say the streets are narrow, but no word on who was at fault.
