Police: Teen in parents' SUV leads officers on chase

HOUSTON Jersey Village police officers say the 19-year-old driver was going 90 miles per hour and running red lights before a tire blew out. He pulled into the parking lot of a check cashing store along the Northwest Freeway near West 43rd and surrendered.

Officers tell us the SUV he was driving belongs to his parents.
