Boy's finger bitten off by neighbor's dog in Galveston Co.

According to the Galveston County Daily News, the little boy was at a neighbor's house in Bacliff on Monday when the dog bit off his right hand ring finger.
The finger was found and taken to a Houston hospital so it can be reattached to the boy's hand. However, the boy's mother told Eyewitness News on Tuesday night that doctor's couldn't attach it.
