Judge rules red light cam critic can't join city's lawsuit

HOUSTON A federal judge ruled the Kubosh family could not intervene in the dispute over how the city should terminate its contract with American Traffic Solutions. The judge said the city was doing an adequate job representing the public's interest.

Paul Kubosh was behind the petition to put the red light camera issue on the ballot last month. Houstonians voted to get rid of them.
