Two teens arrested for home burglary in Rosenberg

ROSENBERG, TX Police say officers were dispatched to a home in the 1300 block of Brazos on November 30 around 1pm after a neighbor had called the police. The witnesses observed two young Hispanic males exit their neighbor's residence with several items. The witness was able to describe the suspects and the vehicle they were diving as they left.

Officers located the vehicle in the 1200 block of Mulcahy and detained the occupants - David Maldonado and Gilbert Perez, both 17 and residents of Rosenberg. Both suspects were arrested and charged with burglary of a habitation.

Authorities say a number of electronic and jewelry items were taken in the burglary and have been recovered.
