Walters spotlights year's most fascinating people

Previously announced were teen singing sensation Justin Bieber and GOP politician-author Sarah Palin. The remaining two names are still under wraps.

The hour-long special, Walters' 18th annual "Fascinating People" edition, will air on ABC on Dec. 9.

The same evening, Walters will host an hour-long special spotlighting Oprah Winfrey.
