Via Colori street festival gets underway tomorrow

HOUSTON The annual family festival benefits the Center for Hearing and Speech, and also includes the great chalk-off.

ABC13's Tom Koch will be one of the local celebrities participating in the chalk-off. You can see his 2 foot by 2 foot mural starting tomorrow at 4pm. The festival runs from 10am to 6pm tomorrow and from 10am to 5pm on Sunday.
