Police say relatives had turned their attention away for a minute and the girl was missing. She was later found in Delacruz's room and he allegedly had exposed himself. The mother said when she confronted Delacruz he fled the scene by jumping out the second story window.
Police located the suspect at about 10:30pm at a home near the 2600 block of Old Richmond Road. Delacruz, 38, was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. He remains in custody.
