Skimmer found on Washington Ave. ATM

HOUSTON The device appears to be a skimmer. A viewer says her boyfriend found it Saturday night on the ATM at the Chase Bank on Washington at Studemont, pulled it off and turned it over to police.

Chase assures us this is not very common.

The bank encourages customers to be vigilant and say they will work with anyone to correct any unauthorized transactions.
