Day laborer hit, killed by car involved in wreck

HOUSTON Police say the victim was a day laborer waiting on the corner of Durham and Inker west of downtown Sunday morning. That's when police say a car rear-ended a pickup. The car spun out and hit the man. He died at the scene.

At this point, no charges have been filed.
