Employees tied up during phone store robbery

HOUSTON Police say at least one man entered the store on the West Beltway near Spice around closing time. The robber stole four boxes full of phones and the car keys to an employee's BMW. The employees managed to get loose and call for help.

Police spotted the BMW a few blocks away and chased it until in crashed into a yard. One person was arrested.
