Man fatally shot after apparent land dispute

Investigators were on the scene Sunday night off FM 2830 and Highway 90.
Liberty County sheriff's deputies say 56-year-old Larry Hardy was involved in an ongoing dispute that got extra heated Sunday afternoon. Deputies say that's when Hardy was shot.
