Patton Village officials testify before grand jury

HOUSTON Police officers from at least three agencies, including Patton Village, testified before a grand jury on Tuesday.

Late last month, a driver says another man pointed a gun at him on the highway. He called 911, but even after the armed man was in custody, he wasn't charged.

Instead, the complaining driver says a Patton Village officer asked him what his time was worth. The other man gave him $400, and that was it.

The DA's office expects the grand jury to make a decision by the end of this month.
