Man walking down street killed in drive-by shooting

HOUSTON It happened overnight on Charriton near JFK in northeast Harris County. Homicide investigators tell us the man, in his 20's, was walking when someone in an SUV pulled up and one of the occupants shot him.

He died in the street as the SUV drove off.
