Car catches fire inside repair shop overnight

A car somehow caught fire inside an auto repair shop in southwest Houston overnight. Firefighters could see the flames through the window of the business on Beechnut near Kirkwood. They had to cut burglar bars before they could get inside to put out the fire.

The car was leaking gasoline, which kept re-igniting the fire. Firefighters needed foam to put that fire out for good.

No one was hurt.
