Carla Jimenez and Nancy Ramirez, the mother and aunt of one of the girls, were arrested last month, after video of the fight was posted on YouTube.
They've been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The fight happened in East Central Fresno and involved a 12 and 13-year-old.
Investigators say Jimenez can be seen in the video encouraging the girls to fight and Ramirez even drove her niece to the scene.
Neither of the girls was seriously injured in the fight, and the video has since been removed from YouTube.
