Man accused of passing himself off as attorney

HOUSTON William Satterwhite, 66, faces two counts of falsely holding himself as attorney. Harris County prosecutors say Satterwhite posed as an attorney and took money from two supposed clients.

Investigators think Satterwhite also did the same thing with several other people. He previously received a 10 year prison term for posing as an attorney.
