Police: Man, 26, fatally shot by grandfather

PASADENA, TX Police were actually at the home on Fox Meadow near Allen Genoa two hours before the shooting because the grandfather said his grandson had stolen $60 from him.

After police left, the grandfather and grandson got into another argument and that's when the grandfather grabbed his gun. Anthony Joshiah Parsons was pronounced dead on the scene.

It is not clear whether they were struggling over the gun when the grandson was shot.

The case is being referred to the case to the grand jury without charges.
