Job fair hosted by congressman in Katy

The event will be held at the Leonard E. Merrell Center, 6301 South Stadium Lane, Katy, Texas. It starts at 9am and runs until 5pm. There will be about 1,200 positions available for job seekers. There's no cost to attend.

Workforce Solutions, an employment resource funded by the Texas Workforce Commission, will be on hand to offer resume building skills, interview training, career retraining and to begin the process of plugging prospects in to the statewide jobs database to search for new career opportunities.
