Authorities seek sex offender on the loose

HOUSTON In January of this year, George Michael Torres was visiting the 12-year-old victim's family at their house in Houston. The victim was in bed when Torres came in and pulled back the covers and pulled down the boy's pants. Torres also took pictures of the victim with his phone. The victim did not say anything until the photos were discovered on the cell phone.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest. He is still believed to be in the Harris County area.

Torres, 29, is a Hispanic male. He is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 125 pounds. He has brown hair with brown eyes.
