A man accused of running over and killing a gas station employee appeared before a judge Tuesday. A judge set a $75,000 bond for Curtis Robinson, 21. He's charged with murder in the death of Abo Abdel-Salaam. Investigators say Robinson was caught stealing, and he ran over Abdel-Salaam while trying to get away.

Albert Hall, 25, who police say was with Robinson at the time, is charged with assault.
